We have also seen demonstrated how excessive , irrational worry can be hazardous. Excessive worry for others, self and the future. But sometimes this seemingly worry can also be a sign of selfishness and rebellion. Refusing to receive assistance and guidance for improvement.
Some of this has also been a weakness of mine earlier. But some of my fears have been rational, covenient and purposeful.
I ask for forgiveness from the Highest God and those who may have been harmed by some of my worry. Some fear and worry, however, when constructive, is necessary and not sinful. Read also about physical vs. spiritual anxiety in the series called "Kingdom of God VS. The Kingdom of this World."
