How far we have advanced in the sanctification process. In order to truly comprehend, and discern the truths more fully, we must walk the walk. We must take up our cross and follow him. We must sacrifice our flesh, our humanity, this world, in order to be able to receive the fuller light. We must surrender self and this world in order to receive God (Christ). The various traits stemming from the law and spirit of the flesh, of the world, function as mind blocks. Heart health is connected to brain health, also spiritually speaking. “When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.” - 1 Corinthians 15:54 “Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial that has come upon you, as though something strange were happening to you. It is like building a multicolored Lego house.
God/Christ is the master builder, who give us orders on how to build this house. But we must cooperate and perform His will. He arrange the fiery trials, but we must accept them and pass through them. We receive one Lego brick at a time, WHEN we are ready to receive it. That is, we MUST walk the path of righteousness simultaneously, pass the various tests/exams and then we will advance, and receive the next brick, and keep building. These bricks represent bricks of various truths, and also different levels of a true doctrine. From an immature understanding to a more mature, fuller understanding. It is in this way that our words will prove whether we have received a doctrine and hence advanced in our sanctification.

No, this is not to build a tower to heaven, this is to obey God’s commandments and his teachings and to have His law written on our hearts by grace aided by the holy spirit of god, through faith. It is God who is the master builder here, not us. Hence we give the honor to God, not ourselves. We need to receive the light of today, or else we will end up as fallen. "Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great.." The Laodicean church, the end time church is in a state of believing they have received all the necessary light. But they do not understand that they are poor, miserable naked and blind . And those in the church, who do not escape this pattern of thinking, may become part of Babylon the great. That does not mean the entire church falls, but they will be shaken out in the great shaking. This we have been warned against. Strong words, but true. And as all messages of warning, this is done with compassion, not with a spirit of condemnation. We are all free to choose. And we are all saved individually. We are responsible for our own actions. Satan has counterfeited closely, almost everything, including the words, names and expressions like Love. Salvation. Christ. The Holy Spirit. Faith. Grace and so on.
He put a different content into these names and expressions, than that which is the genuine, and of present truth. In these end times the false counterfeit will lie closely to the genuine, and it is only by a careful, and deep study of the word of God that we will be able to discern the false from the genuine.
God is the one who will judge in the end, not me. But this is a warning given as to what could potentially happen if we reject present light. We are not automatically shielded by having our names registered in a church, and neither are we safe in any particular label inside a denomination/church either. We are only safe in Christ and receiving the light He grant us TODAY. We are not safe today by simply believing what Martin Luther believed because he received and lived up to the light that was available for that particular time. Trusting in this is to rely on traditions, as God reveal more and more light throughout time. We need to discern the times in which we are living. If we think we have received all we need, we are like the Laodiceans who do not understand that we are miserable, poor, naked and blind, spiritually, and in dire need of eye salve. It is a process, a movement, not a stagnation. More on this later. That is one of the most damaging thought patterns that most will have at some point. And so very deceptive. Ideally, and when we mature, we are to “follow the lamb wheresoever He goeth”. Meaning, we are to receive the light/truth when He reveals it and not become stuck in the mud, unable to move or get out because we choose the easy way out. Are we not called to walk on the narrow path? Or because of a too extreme mindset, that is of a Satanic, not Godly nature. This is the final chapters in this earths's history and God expect total loyalty and total surrender, to Him, not man. (your friends, family, church or church within a church. (the liberals or conservatives). God is not “stuck” in either. He, representing the Truth, is in both or many places, but so is Satan, the world. Babylon means falsehood mingled with truth. At least it involve a significant enough measure of falsehood. We need to learn who God truly is, who His spirit is and represents, in character and teachings, walk in His ways and learn to discern His voice wherever and whenever He speaks. In any direction, through any person, and not blindly trust in some pastor, and hence making him the "master" in your spiritual life. We need to be able to stand independently and individually in Christ, and not be partial. Partiality with regards to people is not of God. God is impartial and not a respecter of persons.

FALSE LIGHT vs TRUE LIGHT
We should eliminate as much baggage as we can when reading the Bible, and read it as objectively as we can, under the guidance of the Holy spirit, and a teachable and humble spirit who will obey the truth when it arrives and not stick to traditions of men, and cling to all the truths that uphold Jesus Christ. Satan gain a great advantage by labeling and categorizing and cutting everything into bits and pieces. Look at the bigger picture. God's truths will always go higher, deeper, become more spiritual, fuller in time, build on former great pillars of truth, when Satan does the opposite. Although we are not to go too far and thus ending up spiritualizing away the ten commandment.
Be aware of false light though. False light, that seem loving at the surface, like Universalism, will fall very easily by careful scrutiny. It will not stand logic or reason and it will make the gospel into non effect. It will fall in the end, because it is not built upon the rock, but upon sand. Let us examine this doctrine quickly: Arguments against Universalism (as one good example of False light and how it falls under examination. It is a piece, a doctrine, that will not fit into the great puzzle picture. Rather it will fall into pieces, because it was built on sand, not on the rock)
Love (The Law of God can be summed up as "Divine love" for 1. God 2. Man) ) and can not exist unless it is free. . Love simply can not be forced. Force is contary to the law of God (Divine love). We are given a freedom of choice. “choose you this day whom ye will serve;» Joshuah 24:15 Whether to follow the true path of Christ, or the other paths that represent Babylon. All roads lead to “Rome”, except one. There exist many counterfeit paths also within Christianity. Cheap grace /cheap salvation is one such dangerous counterfeit.
If people choose sin, Satan, the spirit of the world, rather than salvation from sin, in Christ, they will love sin/the world more than Christ. Heaven would then be hell/suffering for them. And it would be a perpetual cycle that would lead ever closer to destruction. Because sin (transgression of the holy law of God) destroys, it leads one ever closer towards death, a step closer every time we continue sinning unrepented. We have to be adjusted to the bright light gradually, or else it will harm our “eyes”. So we need to dig for a greater comprehension of Truth daily. We need to grow into an ever increasing fullness of the truth, of Christ.
If God would save everyone anyhow, there would be:
- No need for a God to allow suffering for 6000 years.
- Satan and the fallen angels would also by definition and standards according to this false doctrine also be saved.
- Those possessed by the spirit, law and character of God more fully, vs those who are possessed more fully with the spirit, law and character of the beast, of Satan and is a mix of both (Babylon) can not coexist. The more you are closer to one, the more you will hate the other. That is not to hate humans, but the spirit they possess (We are to hate the spirit of sin, of Satan and the spirit of this world. We love humans to want them saved from sin and Satan, and be transformed in their inner soul. Christ did not love sin, but wanted them saved from sin. That is a higher form of love. It looks pass outer barriers, like genes, race, nationality, status, gender ets, but not a heart/mind full of spirits and doctrines of demons. Gal 3:28-29. Romans 2:28-29. So the result would be a place like this earth, full of evil and conflicts that arises naturally when people disagree on vital points. Think a Ku Klux Klan club with people filled with the demon of racism and judging by outer characteristics versus a person who fight for social justice. For such people to coexist is by definition, hell, and could never be heaven at all. Salvation is to be saved FROM the law of this world, of death, of hatred and receive the Divine law of Love, of everlasting life. By grace aided by the holy spirit through faith in Christ. To understand this you must also have the understanding that "For the wages of sin is death (the second, permanent death for which there is no resurrection, not everlasting life in torment); but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." -Romans 6:23.
Then we have those who refuse to accept light, even true light, when it arrive, and insist on sticking to their traditions. Even bragging about it. Under careful scrutiny, it will also make the gospel into non effect. Rejecting true light will give Satan the advantage and could make him your present god, if you continue rejecting it. In the end, rejecting light, will leave you with the shadows.
What does the shadows and darkness have to do with light?
Those who insist on sticking to the shadows, after true light has been revealed, could easily end up choosing darkness as a consequence. They choose their lord.

We can choose whether to reject or accept light. But know that light and truth is continually revealed. Thinking we have gained it all, means we are in a Laodicean state. Rejecting Light due to fear is another possibility, and an error too easy to commit. A wrong concept of Christ means we are not embracing the full 3 angel's messages with the very intent of exposing all these wrong concepts of Christ and His truth. We are not in the age of darkness, but profound light. True light will stand, when false light and darkness and shadows fail and FALL.
"Fallen, fallen, is Babylon the great" = False doctrines of who Jesus Christ really is.
Will we receive the fallen, apostate and Babylonian Christ? Or the true, pure, unadulterated Christ? The pharisaical version of sticking to the shadow versions of God and Jesus Christ, is one such fallen version.
It is neither safe nor sound. It is neither brave nor heroic. It is neither admirable nor right. Nor is it pure, nor is it holy.
“See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ”. Colossians 2:8
