Notice how this literal Israel overfocus go directly against the Loud Cry of the 3 Angel's messages and the everlasting gospel of God's impartiality with regards to these external factors like race, birth, skin color, gender, status etc. God and Christ loves and saves all regardless of these shallow, external factors.
Revelation 14:6
Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the everlasting gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth—to every nation, tribe, language and people.
Galatians 3:27-29
" There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise."
Acts 10:34-35
Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.
Jacob 2:1 My brothers, don’t hold the faith of our glorious Lord Yeshua the Messiah with partiality. --- LITERAL VS. SPIRITUAL ISRAEL ROMANS 9:6-8
"For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: [7] Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. [8] That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
ROMANS 2:28-29
"A true Jew is not one who is a Jew outwardly, and true circumcision is not outwardly, in the flesh. 29 A Jew is one who is a Jew inwardly, and circumcised is one who is circumcised in the heart, by the Spirit and not by the letter. He is not praised by men, but by God."
PHILIPPIANS 3: ...
3 For we are the circumcised, we who serve God in his Spirit and glory in Christ Jesus, and who do not put our trust in the flesh. 4 Although I have slowly what I could put my trust in also in the flesh! If anyone else thinks he can put his trust in flesh, I (Paul) can even more: 5 I was circumcised on the eighth day,
*I am of the seed of Israel*,
of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew born of Hebrews, according to the law a Pharisee, 6 in zeal a persecutor of the church, in righteousness according to the law blameless.
*7 But what was a gain to me, I have counted as a loss for Christ's sake. 8 Yes, I truly count everything as loss, because the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord is so much more valuable. For his sake I have lost everything,
*I consider it scrap*, ....
...that I may gain Christ 9and be found in him, not with my own righteousness, which is of the law, but with that which I receive through faith in Christ, *the righteousness of God because of faith*,
GALATIANS 3
God's salvation is linked to the promise and faith
6 It is like Abraham: He believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness. 7Therefore you shall know that those who have faith are Abraham's children.
8 When the Scripture predicted that it is by faith that God justifies the Gentiles, it preached this gospel beforehand to Abraham: In you all nations will be blessed. 9 Then those who have faith will be blessed with the believing Abraham.
COMMENT below from C. Finne in which I agree:
"Exactly, some fail, like Nicodemus, to understand that Jesus was speaking of spiritual realities.
And it is also strange how someone manages to read Rom 2:28-29, without understanding that it is not the external that counts, but the inner, the hidden!
I also think of Phil 3:3 and what Paul later regards his genealogy and his Jewishness as scrap." ROMANS 11:
6 And if by grace, then it cannot be based on works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace.
7 What then? What the people of Israel sought so earnestly they did not obtain. The elect among them did, but the others were hardened.
Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious. 12 But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their full inclusion bring!
15 For if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? 16 If the part of the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are the branches.
If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, 18 do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches.
All Israel Will Be Saved 25 I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in, 26 and in this way all Israel will be saved.
(Meaning literal Israel and Jews and all other nationalities).
